The devil does not care if you get saved. He doesn't like it, but he'll work with it. In fact, as long as he can keep you in bondage to your broken identity he can keep your life in turmoil and wreak havoc through you in the church. True story. Some of the most toxic people on the planet are those who are saved but now live in self-righteous, religious slavery!
"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." Gal. 5:1.
You are only a threat when you discover the freedom of the Kingdom of God. Why? Because the Kingdom of God is the realm of his love and against God's love there is no law. This is where Heaven invades the Earth (Matthew 6).
Satan will do anything to shelf you so that you do not discover your true identity or authority in God's love. Once you discover this incredible love and how the Kingdom of God operates through it, then Satan loses control over you. You are free.
